Key Responsibilities

  • Screening and enrolling eligible participants for oncology clinical trials
  • Facilitating the informed consent process and educating patients on study protocols
  • Managing study visit logistics, including lab coordination and medication diaries
  • Monitoring patient safety and documenting any adverse events
  • Liaising between investigators, pharmacy staff, and study sponsors
  • Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical data records

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree (or 4 years of combined education and relevant experience)
  • Willingness to commit to the role for at least two full years
  • Ability to start the position by March 2026 at the latest
  • No plans to attend medical or graduate school before February 2028
  • Permanent US work authorization without current or future sponsorship needs
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification with a hands-on skills assessment component (must be obtained within 30 days of hire)

Preferred

  • Previous experience in a medical office or clinical research support environment
  • Educational background in science or medicine
  • Volunteer experience in healthcare settings
