Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Consumer Acquisition engineering organization across the US, Canada, and LATAM
- Oversee the development of internal sales agent tools supporting 100+ concurrent users
- Scale and optimize 'Jamie,' the AI-powered outbound voice agent for lead qualification
- Manage the technical roadmap for marketing websites, CMS, and SEO/PPC landing pages
- Direct the engineering of ecommerce checkout and self-service reactivation flows
- Implement AI-powered scoring, business dashboards, and workforce management tools
Essential
- Proven experience leading multi-team engineering organizations across different geographic regions (US, Canada, LATAM)
- Deep technical expertise in consumer-facing web technologies and lead generation funnels
- Experience building and scaling internal tools for sales operations, including CRM and lead routing systems
- Strong background in ecommerce, checkout flows, and self-service customer reactivation
- Commitment to an 'AI-Native' workflow, utilizing generative AI tools in daily development and leadership
