Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the global scientific and research strategy
- Oversee all global technological innovation and drug discovery operations
- Manage the global Research budget and resource allocation
- Evaluate and advise on new technology acquisitions and external partnerships

- Collaborate with the President of R&D and executive leadership on business integration
Essential
- Proven track record as an accomplished 'drug hunter' in the biotech or pharma space
- Extensive experience in global research strategy and operational oversight
- Demonstrated ability to lead drug discovery from initial concept to Development Candidate (DC) stage
- Strong financial acumen for managing global research budgets
- Experience in executive-level stakeholder management and organizational leadership
Preferred
- Experience in autologous and allogenic chimeric antigen receptor T-cell platforms
- Background in T-cell receptor (TCR-T) and natural killer (NK) cell-based immunotherapy
