Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver best-in-class ML models for subrogation opportunity detection
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing vehicle lifecycle platforms
• Provide technical mentorship to engineering teams and oversee model quality
• Advise on the adoption of Generative AI to improve performance and cost-efficiency

Essential

• Extensive experience in designing and deploying machine learning models
• Proven track record in a leadership or senior engineering capacity
• Expertise in subrogation detection or similar predictive modeling
• Ability to manage complex data pipelines and large-scale datasets
• Strong proficiency in Python and relevant ML frameworks

Preferred

• Experience within the automotive or insurance technology sectors
• Familiarity with Generative AI adoption and model evaluation
• Background in digital transformation projects for enterprise clients
