Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end production pipeline for all RP content
- Lead and facilitate team meetings while tracking organizational KPIs
- Coordinate deadlines and assignments for a multi-disciplinary creative team
- Innovate new ways to repurpose content for audio, video, and digital formats
- Monitor content performance through analytics and protect the brand from digital censorship
Essential
- Full commitment to Reformed confessions and Biblical values
- Ability to serve in a long-term capacity (5+ year vision)
- Strong organizational and system-management capabilities
- Willingness to relocate to or work from Smithers, BC
- Alignment with the 'Integrator' model of the Entrepreneur Operating System (EOS)
