Key Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor Medical Impact Plans (MIPs) and departmental KPIs
- Lead financial oversight including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
- Facilitate Medical Impact Team (MIT) meetings to ensure cross-functional alignment
- Implement and enhance IT-enabled workflows and project management dashboards
- Identify team skill gaps and coordinate professional development and training
- Ensure all activities adhere to strict pharmaceutical industry compliance and SOPs
Essential
- Ability to work on-site 4 days per week in Sleepy Hollow, NY or Warren, NJ
- Willingness to travel regularly between office locations if based in Warren
- Proven experience in strategic and tactical planning within a corporate environment
- Expertise in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and accrual management
- Experience managing end-to-end logistics for multiple projects or assets simultaneously
- Proficiency in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Preferred
- Experience within Global Medical Affairs or the pharmaceutical industry
- Background in General Medicine therapeutic areas
- Experience managing SharePoint migrations and site launches
- Prior experience in alliance management and external agency coordination
