Key Responsibilities
- Lead the collection and validation of HCP/HCO spend data for federal and state reporting
- Develop and refine internal policies and controls for transparency compliance
- Create and deliver educational programs to internal stakeholders regarding spend capture
- Monitor data quality through advanced dashboards and implement corrective actions
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and translate them into operational updates
- Manage audit trails and documentation to support compliance investigations
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in accounting, finance, or compliance
- Deep expertise in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry regulations
- Extensive knowledge of Federal Open Payments and US State aggregate spend laws
- Hands-on experience with transparency disclosure systems and report submission
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
- Strong track record of meeting strict regulatory deadlines in fast-paced environments
Preferred
- Experience in designing and implementing internal controls and work instructions
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional change management initiatives
- Active participation in industry-wide compliance training and forums
