Key Responsibilities
- Architect robust data models to support BI, ML, and operational requirements
- Develop and optimize end-to-end batch and streaming data pipelines
- Ensure data quality and consistency across multiple global data sources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical data structures
- Contribute to the development of company-wide data governance policies
Essential
- Expertise in designing and implementing scalable data models (Star, Snowflake, Normalized/Denormalized)
- Proven experience building and maintaining both batch and streaming ETL pipelines
- Deep understanding of end-to-end data workflows from ingestion to delivery
- Ability to maintain data consistency and traceability across diverse domains
- Experience with data governance strategies and standards
- Strong collaborative skills to work with Product Managers and Data Platform Engineers
Preferred
- Experience managing data across distributed or multi-datacenter systems
- Background in handling complex data migration and duplication challenges
- Familiarity with the six pillars of traditional data governance
- Experience in the fintech or global payments industry
