Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and lead a scalable global People Operations function
  • Design and refine end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including mobility and performance
  • Direct the operations of the global shared services center for compliant HR delivery
  • Implement AI and modern toolsets to eliminate process inefficiencies
  • Report on operational impact and effectiveness to senior executive leadership

Essential

  • Proven track record in building and scaling People Operations functions within high-growth global environments
  • Expertise in designing and optimizing the full employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding)
  • Experience managing global shared service centers and HR service delivery
  • Strong background in change management and process innovation
  • Ability to develop and monitor key performance metrics and HR dashboards
  • Experience in cross-functional partnership with Finance, Legal, and Talent teams

Preferred

  • Experience in the fintech or high-growth technology sector
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools to enhance operational efficiency
