Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead a scalable global People Operations function
- Design and refine end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including mobility and performance
- Direct the operations of the global shared services center for compliant HR delivery
- Implement AI and modern toolsets to eliminate process inefficiencies
- Report on operational impact and effectiveness to senior executive leadership
Essential
- Proven track record in building and scaling People Operations functions within high-growth global environments
- Expertise in designing and optimizing the full employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding)
- Experience managing global shared service centers and HR service delivery
- Strong background in change management and process innovation
- Ability to develop and monitor key performance metrics and HR dashboards
- Experience in cross-functional partnership with Finance, Legal, and Talent teams
Preferred
- Experience in the fintech or high-growth technology sector
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools to enhance operational efficiency
- Experience managing HR operations across multiple international jurisdictions
