Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and executing the comprehensive annual L&D strategy
• Partnering with senior leadership to identify and bridge critical skill gaps
• Creating and facilitating both digital and in-person training modules
• Establishing structured career pathways for technical and management staff
• Ensuring 100% compliance with statutory and safety training mandates
• Managing relationships with third-party training vendors and consultants

Essential

• Extensive background in a senior-level Learning & Development capacity
• Proven track record in the end-to-end training cycle: analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation
• Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Demonstrated ability to manage training records and ensure data accuracy
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives
• Exceptional facilitation and public speaking capabilities

Preferred

• CIPD qualification or equivalent professional HR/L&D certification
• Experience within a manufacturing or processing environment
