Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients to ensure rapid time-to-value
- Conduct direct user interviews and workflow observations to identify product friction
- Validate new feature functionality and identify edge cases before release

- Develop internal dashboards and scripts to monitor product performance

Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
- 0 to 3 years of professional experience in product, engineering, or technical operations
- US citizenship or valid US work visa
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Proficiency in data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets

- Experience with debugging software issues
