Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse patient panel providing acute, chronic, and preventive services
• Conduct in-office visits, testing center assessments, and telehealth consultations
• Lead and participate in weekly clinical rounds and daily team huddles
• Perform various in-office medical procedures as required by patient needs

Essential

• Certified Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner
• Minimum 2 years of NP experience in outpatient primary care within the last 5 years OR 1 year of outpatient primary care experience plus a primary care fellowship
• Alternative: 1 year of outpatient primary care experience plus 1+ years in urgent care
• Ability to treat patients ages 14 and up

Preferred

• Experience in value-based care models
• Strong interest in collaborative clinical environments
• Proficiency in performing common in-office clinical procedures
