Key Responsibilities
- Define the vision and roadmap for a new AI-driven product vertical
- Architect CDP strategies including identity resolution and audience segmentation
- Establish data contracts for Shopify storefront data integration
- Co-design human-in-the-loop experiences and AI guardrails with engineering
- Analyze success metrics and instrument tracking for rapid product iterations
- Act as the primary internal and external advocate for AI innovation
Essential
- Minimum of 5 years in Product Management roles
- Deep technical proficiency with the ability to read code and write SQL
- Experience with Customer Data Platform (CDP) architecture and data ingestion
- Ability to design data contracts and schema for first-party data flows
- Proven track record of managing the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch
- Experience working directly with ML engineers and prompt engineering teams
- Strong background in rapid experimentation and hypothesis validation
Preferred
- Experience in the Shopify or ecommerce ecosystem
- Background in SMS marketing or high-volume messaging platforms
