- Elicit and document functional requirements for internal software tools
- Partner with engineering and QA to resolve ambiguities and identify system gaps
- Develop and execute UAT test plans tied to specific business outcomes

- Monitor system health and manage the backlog of enhancement requests
Essential
- 4–7 years of professional experience in a Business Systems Analyst role
- Proven ability to independently elicit and analyze functional requirements

- Capability to translate complex business objectives into testable technical criteria
- Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and quality assurance cycles
