Key Responsibilities

• Direct the development of native Apple applications (iOS/tvOS) using modular, reusable components
• Manage performance, feedback, and career growth for a hybrid team of internal and external engineers
• Oversee the integration of video streaming, authentication, and live event scheduling features
• Optimize development processes to ensure high-quality, weekly product releases
• Balance the resolution of technical debt with the delivery of innovative new features

Essential

• Proven experience leading and mentoring both in-house and external engineering teams
• Deep technical expertise in the Apple ecosystem, specifically iOS and tvOS development
• Experience managing multi-tenant application architectures and modular codebases
• Track record of managing rapid, predictable weekly deployment cycles
• Ability to oversee complex feature implementations including video streaming and in-app payments
• Commitment to 24/7 incident response and high-availability service standards

• Experience with global consumer-facing digital products
