Key Responsibilities
- Architect and scale the unified RevOps function across all GTM departments
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CFO and GTM leadership team
- Optimize the quote-to-cash process to reduce friction in contracting and billing
- Oversee the selection, rollout, and evolution of the GTM technology stack
- Drive rigorous deal inspection and pipeline hygiene to improve win rates
Essential
- Proven experience scaling revenue operations within an enterprise SaaS environment
- Ability to build and manage the end-to-end revenue operating system
- Expertise in designing and enforcing pipeline hygiene and deal inspection standards
- Strong background in forecasting, capacity modeling, and quota design
- Experience managing the full quote-to-cash lifecycle and deal desk processes
- Ability to work from the Santa Clara HQ on a hybrid basis (3 days per week)
Preferred
- Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, or insurance
- Background in building AI-enabled Go-To-Market functions
- Previous experience reporting directly to a CFO or similar executive leadership
