Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and scale the unified RevOps function across all GTM departments
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the CFO and GTM leadership team
  • Optimize the quote-to-cash process to reduce friction in contracting and billing
  • Oversee the selection, rollout, and evolution of the GTM technology stack
  • Drive rigorous deal inspection and pipeline hygiene to improve win rates

Essential

  • Proven experience scaling revenue operations within an enterprise SaaS environment
  • Ability to build and manage the end-to-end revenue operating system
  • Expertise in designing and enforcing pipeline hygiene and deal inspection standards
  • Strong background in forecasting, capacity modeling, and quota design
  • Experience managing the full quote-to-cash lifecycle and deal desk processes
  • Ability to work from the Santa Clara HQ on a hybrid basis (3 days per week)

Preferred

  • Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, or insurance
  • Background in building AI-enabled Go-To-Market functions
  • Previous experience reporting directly to a CFO or similar executive leadership
