Key Responsibilities

  • Co-develop and implement execution plans with strategy and program teams
  • Define workstream ownership and drive execution cadence across multiple departments
  • Convert analytical insights into tangible guidance for the Annual Operating Plan
  • Partner with GTM Operations and Field Sales to ensure planning effectiveness
  • Create compelling executive presentations to influence high-level decision making
  • Design and measure the success of organizational programs alongside the VP of Strategic Planning

Essential

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in GTM strategy, top-tier consulting, or strategic field roles
  • Proven track record in a SaaS environment driving growth at scale
  • Demonstrated experience in program management within complex, global organizations
  • Expertise in standing up integrated cross-functional plans and sequencing dependencies
  • Strong background in establishing and managing OKR frameworks
  • Experience in annual operating planning (AOP) and new year readiness processes
