Key Responsibilities

• Directing methodologies for AI experiments, algorithms, and data processes
• Contributing directly to technical work and model development
• Scaling the data science team through strategic hiring and talent development
• Acting as a technical spokesperson to executives, customers, and the broader AI community
• Selecting and optimizing LLM frameworks and composite model definitions

Essential

• Minimum of 12 years in data science or applied AI research
• Extensive hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic architectures
• Deep knowledge of retrieval-augmented systems and transformers
• Proven track record in model fine-tuning and prompt engineering
• Experience with both commercial and open-source model ecosystems
• Ability to design robust evaluation frameworks and experiment methodologies
• Expertise in large-scale data engineering and curation

Preferred

• Experience in a best-in-class applied research organization
• History of publishing technical blog posts or academic papers
• Active participation in the global AI conference circuit
