Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and engineering heads to pinpoint strategic growth opportunities
• Maintain and expand a robust M&A pipeline aligned with corporate objectives
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external founders and startups during initial evaluations
• Execute the full transaction lifecycle including due diligence and integration planning
• Cultivate deep relationships with the venture capital and advisor community
• Implement AI-driven tools to enhance the efficiency of the Corporate Development function

Essential

• 3-5 years of professional experience in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and valuation techniques
• Experience leading market research and business case development
• Proven track record of supporting both qualitative and quantitative work across the M&A lifecycle
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong self-starter mentality with the ability to execute projects from ideation to completion

Preferred

• Experience working within the technology or gaming sectors
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in business scaling
• Existing network within the venture capital and startup ecosystem
