Essential

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible fundraising experience

  • Proven track record in major gift solicitation and portfolio management

  • Experience in financial forecasting and revenue monitoring

Preferred

  • Experience managing a major gift portfolio of approximately 250 donors
  • Background in fostering a culture of philanthropy within medium to large nonprofit organizations
