- Develop and lead a comprehensive annual fundraising plan covering all giving streams
- Manage a personal portfolio of 250 active and prospective major donors
- Train and empower the Board of Directors in fundraising best practices
- Oversee the execution of the Annual Gala and donor cultivation events
- Collaborate with marketing to produce high-quality fundraising collateral
Essential
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible fundraising experience
- Comprehensive understanding of diverse fundraising methodologies including direct mail and events
- Proven track record in major gift solicitation and portfolio management
- Ability to design and execute multi-channel growth strategies
- Experience in financial forecasting and revenue monitoring
Preferred
- Experience managing a major gift portfolio of approximately 250 donors
- Background in fostering a culture of philanthropy within medium to large nonprofit organizations
- Advanced proficiency with nonprofit CRM systems
