Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute GTM strategy including segmentation and coverage models
- Own the end-to-end GTM data layer and reporting infrastructure
- Automate repeatable workflows using AI-powered tools
- Manage the marketing operations layer from lead lifecycle to attribution
- Design and administer sales compensation plans aligned with ARR goals
- Lead weekly forecast calls and provide funnel diagnostics to executive leadership
Essential
- Extensive experience in senior, cross-functional Revenue Operations leadership
- Proven track record in GTM strategy including ICP definition and territory design
- Expertise in managing the full quote-to-cash lifecycle (pricing, contracting, invoicing)
- Deep understanding of marketing operations, lead scoring, and attribution modeling
- Ability to lead QBRs and provide strategic viewpoints based on data diagnostics
- Experience in compensation plan design and incentive alignment
Preferred
- Experience working within AI-native or high-growth technology startups
- Familiarity with 'agentifying' and automating repeatable business workflows
