Essential
- Minimum of 7 years in product design roles
- At least 2 years of experience in a management or leadership capacity
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS design
- Experience navigating complex workflows and regulated industries
- Portfolio demonstrating mastery of both UX and UI craft
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, 'scrappy' startup environment
Preferred
