Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the long-term scientific roadmap and R&D objectives
  • Lead preclinical research efforts and ensure alignment with corporate timelines
  • Direct the finalization of nonclinical reports and regulatory filings
  • Manage scientific partnerships and academic collaborations
  • Oversee scientific due diligence for licensing and M&A activities
  • Represent the organization to global scientific and regulatory agencies

Essential

  • Minimum of 15 years of biopharmaceutical industry experience
  • Extensive background in immuno-oncology full-cycle drug development
  • Proven track record from early discovery through first-in-human clinical trials
  • Significant senior-level leadership and management experience
  • Direct experience in oncology and tumor biology
  • Expertise in writing and reviewing regulatory documents and nonclinical study reports
  • Experience in intellectual property evaluation and scientific due diligence

Preferred

  • Experience with monoclonal antibodies, bispecific antibodies, and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs)
  • History of working in both small-scale biotech and large pharmaceutical environments
  • Established network within academic and scientific research institutions
  • Experience managing both internal teams and external CROs
