Key Responsibilities
- Deliver on net revenue targets and growth milestones
- Optimize the integrated sales and implementation playbook
- Build and manage a customer success program to drive high retention
- Travel onsite to build relationships with anchor accounts
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on complex implementations
Essential
- Proven leadership experience in startup sales and customer success environments
- Willingness to travel to customer sites at least one week per month
- Ability to manage the full revenue lifecycle from lead generation to renewal
- Experience coaching sales representatives and SDRs on pipeline management
- Strong perspective on go-to-market strategy and the ability to voice opinions to leadership
Preferred
- Background in logistics, trucking, or supply chain technology
- Experience in a 'player-coach' capacity within a seed or Series A startup
