Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver on net revenue targets and growth milestones
  • Optimize the integrated sales and implementation playbook
  • Build and manage a customer success program to drive high retention
  • Travel onsite to build relationships with anchor accounts
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams on complex implementations

Essential

  • Proven leadership experience in startup sales and customer success environments
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites at least one week per month
  • Ability to manage the full revenue lifecycle from lead generation to renewal
  • Experience coaching sales representatives and SDRs on pipeline management
  • Strong perspective on go-to-market strategy and the ability to voice opinions to leadership

Preferred
