Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the end-to-end product vision for global payments and worker experiences
- Scale the Product Management and Design teams through strategic hiring and mentorship
- Establish data-driven delivery models to ensure rapid iteration and continuous improvement
- Partner with Legal and Finance to ensure platform compliance across multiple international jurisdictions
- Communicate trade-offs and risk mitigation plans to the General Manager and executive stakeholders
Essential
- Proven track record in product leadership and strategic roadmap ownership
- Experience building and scaling product foundations, including operating rhythms and prioritization systems
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Finance
- Expertise in driving product velocity and technical quality in a remote environment
- Strong background in people management, including coaching, mentoring, and performance leadership
- Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills
Preferred
- Experience in global payroll, fintech, or contractor management platforms
- Background in high-growth startup environments within a larger corporate structure
- Familiarity with international compliance and automated billing systems
