- Lead the design and direction of Together's product suite from concept to launch
- Develop and evolve a scalable design system and component architecture
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product to ensure high-quality execution
- Partner with the executive team on long-term product strategy
- Establish and maintain design standards and user-centered practices
Essential
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in professional software product environments
- Advanced expertise in UX and interaction design
- Proven track record of building or scaling production-grade design systems
- Experience designing complex software for technical users (e.g., IDEs, data products, or infrastructure)
- Ability to conduct and interpret user research and interaction data
- Strong technical literacy to understand AI engineer workflows
- Excellent storytelling and cross-functional communication skills
Preferred
- Experience in a systematic, long-term approach to creative problem-solving
- Background in data-informed design methodologies
- Previous experience in a high-growth startup or scaling product team
