Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term global design vision and strategy
- Mentor and scale a 30+ person team across North America and India
- Partner with Engineering and Product to integrate AI into the user journey
- Establish DesignOps processes to improve velocity and quality
- Advocate for user-centricity and customer empathy at the executive level
Essential
- Minimum of 15 years in the design field
- At least 7 years in a senior leadership or executive capacity
- Extensive experience managing large, geographically distributed teams (30+ people)
- Background in designing enterprise-level SaaS solutions
- Proven track record in a high-growth, fast-paced corporate environment
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management capabilities
Preferred
- Direct experience in Business Intelligence (BI) or data analytics sectors
- Familiarity with search-driven UX and ML-powered interfaces
- Experience managing teams specifically across the US and India
