Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term strategic vision for the global design organization
- Mentor and scale a team of 30+ product, UX, and visual designers across the US and India
- Partner with Product and Engineering executives to align design goals with business objectives
- Oversee the implementation of DesignOps, AI tools, and efficient creative workflows
- Advocate for user-centered design and customer empathy throughout the product lifecycle
Essential
- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in product design
- At least 7 years in senior leadership or executive management roles
- Proven track record of managing large, globally distributed design teams (30+ members)
- Extensive experience with enterprise-grade SaaS platforms
- Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and large-scale UX solutions
- Ability to work in a hybrid capacity from the San Francisco office 2-3 days per week
Preferred
- Deep expertise in Business Intelligence (BI) or data analytics products
- Experience with AI/ML-powered user interfaces and search-driven UX
