Key Responsibilities

  • Unify Product, Engineering, QA, and IT departments under one strategic vision
  • Architect and execute a multi-year technology roadmap with clear ROI
  • Lead the company's transition to AI-first operational practices
  • Manage the replatforming of core systems including OMS and cloud migration
  • Communicate technical strategy and investment justifications to executive leadership

Essential

  • 12+ years of progressive leadership in product and technology
  • Previous experience as the most senior product authority in an organization
  • Hands-on experience building and owning full-company roadmaps
  • Experience leading both product and engineering/IT teams
  • Proven history of driving AI transformation and workflow automation
  • Strong background in e-commerce and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) models
  • Experience leading major platform modernizations (OMS, cloud migration, or replatforming)
  • Must be based in the U.S. or Canada with West Coast hour availability
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada without sponsorship

Preferred

  • Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth startup environments
  • Early career experience as an Individual Contributor (IC) Product Manager
  • Familiarity with omnichannel retail operations and inventory management
