- Lead and mentor a global team of Enterprise Technical Advisors
- Develop the end-to-end enterprise customer journey and success frameworks
- Identify and advocate for customer needs to the Product and Engineering teams
- Drive revenue growth through value-based success plans and expansion initiatives
- Participate in Customer Business Reviews (CBRs) as a senior executive sponsor
Essential
- Ability to overlap working hours with Pacific Standard Time (PST) for at least 32 hours per week
- Proven experience leading and coaching globally distributed technical teams
- Expertise in post-sales strategy and customer success within an enterprise software context
- Experience building and executing customer success plans focused on ROI and business outcomes
- Ability to collaborate with Sales leadership (RSDs and AEs) to drive expansion revenue
Preferred
- Residency in Denver, CO or San Francisco, CA
- Previous experience in the developer tools or 'DevTools' industry
- Background in managing technical advisors or solutions architects in a SaaS environment
