Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a global team of Enterprise Technical Advisors
  • Develop the end-to-end enterprise customer journey and success frameworks
  • Identify and advocate for customer needs to the Product and Engineering teams
  • Drive revenue growth through value-based success plans and expansion initiatives
  • Participate in Customer Business Reviews (CBRs) as a senior executive sponsor

Essential

  • Ability to overlap working hours with Pacific Standard Time (PST) for at least 32 hours per week
  • Proven experience leading and coaching globally distributed technical teams
  • Expertise in post-sales strategy and customer success within an enterprise software context
  • Experience building and executing customer success plans focused on ROI and business outcomes
  • Ability to collaborate with Sales leadership (RSDs and AEs) to drive expansion revenue

Preferred

  • Residency in Denver, CO or San Francisco, CA
  • Previous experience in the developer tools or 'DevTools' industry
  • Background in managing technical advisors or solutions architects in a SaaS environment
