Key Responsibilities

  • Design and scale end-to-end People Operations and HR infrastructure
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
  • Oversee global compliance, HR policies, and organizational risk
  • Lead immigration and mobility programs for a diverse workforce
  • Develop and report on people analytics to inform executive strategy
  • Partner with People Programs leaders to ensure a cohesive employee experience

Essential

  • Proven leadership experience in People Operations or HR Operations
  • Experience scaling HR systems and infrastructure in a high-growth environment
  • Deep understanding of HR compliance, employment law, and risk management
  • Experience managing immigration processes and global mobility
  • Strong proficiency in people analytics and data-driven storytelling
  • Ability to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle operations

Preferred

  • Experience working in a hybrid workforce model (employees + contractors)
  • Background in a high-growth technology or AI-focused company
