Key Responsibilities
- Design and scale end-to-end People Operations and HR infrastructure
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Oversee global compliance, HR policies, and organizational risk
- Lead immigration and mobility programs for a diverse workforce
- Develop and report on people analytics to inform executive strategy
- Partner with People Programs leaders to ensure a cohesive employee experience
Essential
- Proven leadership experience in People Operations or HR Operations
- Experience scaling HR systems and infrastructure in a high-growth environment
- Deep understanding of HR compliance, employment law, and risk management
- Experience managing immigration processes and global mobility
- Strong proficiency in people analytics and data-driven storytelling
- Ability to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle operations
Preferred
- Experience working in a hybrid workforce model (employees + contractors)
- Background in a high-growth technology or AI-focused company
- Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams on internal tools
