- Orchestrate the client implementation process and develop long-term success roadmaps
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to meet client reporting needs and demonstrate ROI
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal product teams to bridge feature gaps
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks that could lead to client attrition
- Lead cross-functional task forces to solve technical or operational hurdles for customers
Essential
- Proven ability to manage post-sale client success and satisfaction
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with operational leadership
