Essential
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data science or quantitative analysis
- Proven track record in technology product development or the SaaS/enterprise software sector
- Proficiency in programming languages specifically for data analysis, such as Python or R
- Hands-on experience managing and querying large-scale datasets using Spark, Presto, Hive, or Hadoop
- Demonstrated ability to design and deploy scalable, efficient data models
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders
- Experience applying advanced quantitative measurement techniques within a product environment
Preferred
- Advanced academic degree (MS or PhD) in a quantitative discipline like Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Physics
- Deep technical expertise in Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration
- Experience in cross-functional leadership and strategic decision-making
