- Scale crawling infrastructure 10x while maintaining cost efficiency
- Transition AI agents from experimental phases to enterprise-grade production
- Maintain 99.99% uptime for Fortune 500 clients
- Evolve observability from reactive monitoring to predictive reliability
- Lead and grow an engineering department of over 100 people
Essential
- Proven experience scaling technical platforms from mid-stage to $100M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in Python-based backend architectures and Django REST Framework
- Extensive experience with high-volume data infrastructure including PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Elasticsearch
- Strong background in containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes and Docker
- Ability to manage and mentor a large-scale engineering organization of 100+ members
- Experience with production-level AI/ML systems and LLM integration
Preferred
- Experience in the MarTech or SEO software industry
- Background in building and deploying autonomous AI agents
- Previous experience in a bootstrapped or high-efficiency growth environment
