- Orchestrate integration planning and execution across the entire deal lifecycle
- Develop strategic analyses and performance recommendations for senior executives
- Manage monthly and quarterly reporting for the CEO, COO, and Board of Directors
- Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions for acquired staff
- Identify and implement process improvements for the M&A department
Essential
- Proven experience in project and program management within the software industry
- Ability to manage complex, cross-functional business initiatives from design to implementation
- Strong meeting facilitation and leadership capabilities
- Ability to work in the San Francisco office 3 days per week
- Capacity to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Experience in identifying and mitigating business risks
