- Direct the end-to-end development of the SafelyYou platform across multiple technical disciplines
- Scale the engineering organization by establishing clear career paths and ownership cultures
- Align engineering execution with broader company strategy and product roadmaps
- Ensure the reliability and security of systems supporting tens of thousands of nationwide devices
- Foster a culture of technical excellence and high team velocity
Essential
- Must be located in the United States or Canada
- Proven track record of managing large, multidisciplinary engineering organizations (50+ people)
- Experience overseeing diverse technical domains including Cloud, Mobile, Infrastructure, and DevOps
- History of building and operating high-availability, mission-critical platforms
- Expertise in capacity planning and predictable, on-time delivery
- Ability to collaborate with Product, R&D, and Compliance departments
Preferred
- Experience with AI-enabled solutions and hardware/software integration
- Background in health-tech or life-safety industries
- Experience scaling engineering teams in a high-growth environment
