Key Responsibilities

• Synthesize customer needs, model capabilities, and competitive trends into a product roadmap
• Remove operational friction to ensure the entire organization matches engineering velocity
• Own the end-to-end delivery of features, including testing, launching, and measuring impact
• Design pricing and packaging strategies for a diverse range of enterprise verticals
• Collaborate with the research team to turn model improvements into tangible product value

Essential

• Proven ability to ship technical products from initial specification through to launch and iteration
• Deep understanding of technical workflows and the ability to communicate effectively with developer personas
• Experience working in high-velocity environments where development cycles are measured in weeks
• Strong analytical skills to define and track both feature-level and business-wide success metrics
• Ability to synthesize complex information from customers, research teams, and competitors into a cohesive strategy

• Previous experience as a founder or early-stage startup employee
• Aspirations to eventually start your own company
