Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for an assigned portfolio of B2B clients
  • Drive product adoption and engagement through proactive touchpoints and strategic account planning
  • Negotiate and secure win-win outcomes for contract renewals and usage expansions
  • Collaborate with internal Sales and Product teams to communicate customer feedback and drive revenue
  • Maintain accurate data within Salesforce and other internal systems for forecasting and risk management

Essential

  • 1-2 years of experience in a B2B customer-facing role
  • Proven ability to manage and negotiate contract renewals
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and closing expansion or upsell opportunities
  • Proficiency in managing customer relationships within a SaaS environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication skills across video, phone, and written channels

Preferred

  • Experience working in a fully remote or globally distributed team
  • Background or interest in the life sciences or regulated industries
  • Experience with CRM and CS tools like Salesforce and Catalyst
