Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for an assigned portfolio of B2B clients
- Drive product adoption and engagement through proactive touchpoints and strategic account planning
- Negotiate and secure win-win outcomes for contract renewals and usage expansions
- Collaborate with internal Sales and Product teams to communicate customer feedback and drive revenue
- Maintain accurate data within Salesforce and other internal systems for forecasting and risk management
Essential
- 1-2 years of experience in a B2B customer-facing role
- Proven ability to manage and negotiate contract renewals
- Demonstrated success in identifying and closing expansion or upsell opportunities
- Proficiency in managing customer relationships within a SaaS environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication skills across video, phone, and written channels
Preferred
- Experience working in a fully remote or globally distributed team
- Background or interest in the life sciences or regulated industries
- Experience with CRM and CS tools like Salesforce and Catalyst
