Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact and internal advocate for a dedicated book of business
  • Drive product adoption and engagement through proactive customer touchpoints
  • Manage the end-to-end renewal process to ensure high retention rates
  • Identify and execute on opportunities for account expansion and feature upsells
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to relay customer feedback and market trends
  • Maintain accurate data within Salesforce for forecasting and risk management

Essential

  • 1-2 years of experience in a B2B customer-facing role
  • Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships
  • Experience in contract negotiations and achieving mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and closing expansion or upsell opportunities
  • Strong proficiency in digital communication tools including video conferencing and email
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Capacity to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and new internal initiatives

Preferred

  • Prior experience working within a SaaS (Software as a Service) business model
  • Familiarity with the Life Sciences or highly regulated industries
