Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary advocate and point of contact for a specific portfolio of clients

  • Experience in contract negotiations and driving renewal outcomes
  • Demonstrated track record in sales expansion or identifying upsell opportunities
  • Strong proficiency in GSuite and CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment

Preferred

  • Prior experience in a SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with Customer Success platforms such as Catalyst
  • Experience within the life sciences, medtech, or biopharma industries
