Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of customer renewals and contract optimizations
  • Drive product adoption and engagement through proactive outreach
  • Identify and partner with Account Managers on upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Act as the primary internal advocate for customer needs to the Product and Sales teams
  • Maintain accurate data within Salesforce and Catalyst for forecasting and risk management

Essential

  • 1-2 years of experience in a B2B customer-facing role
  • Proven ability to manage and grow customer relationships
  • Demonstrated success in driving contract negotiations and renewals
  • Experience identifying and executing expansion or sales-focused opportunities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Must be located on the East Coast of the United States

Preferred

  • Prior experience in a SaaS (Software as a Service) environment
  • Familiarity with life sciences or regulated industries
  • Experience acting as a 'trusted advisor' to corporate clients
