Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of customer renewals and contract optimizations
- Drive product adoption and engagement through proactive outreach
- Identify and partner with Account Managers on upsell and expansion opportunities
- Act as the primary internal advocate for customer needs to the Product and Sales teams
- Maintain accurate data within Salesforce and Catalyst for forecasting and risk management
Essential
- 1-2 years of experience in a B2B customer-facing role
- Proven ability to manage and grow customer relationships
- Demonstrated success in driving contract negotiations and renewals
- Experience identifying and executing expansion or sales-focused opportunities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Must be located on the East Coast of the United States
Preferred
- Prior experience in a SaaS (Software as a Service) environment
- Familiarity with life sciences or regulated industries
- Experience acting as a 'trusted advisor' to corporate clients
