Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for the connectors and integrations ecosystem
  • Evaluate the technical feasibility and long-term maintenance requirements of new integrations
  • Translate complex customer needs and technical constraints into actionable engineering requirements
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ship reliable, scalable, and secure connectors
  • Set the technical direction for how the platform handles data ingestion and transformation visibility

Essential

  • Direct, hands-on experience in data engineering
  • Proven track record of designing, building, or maintaining complex data pipelines
  • Deep understanding of the modern data stack (ingestion, transformation, warehousing, BI)
  • Ability to write precise, technical Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
  • Experience with technical architecture and API design
  • Ability to replicate and simulate real-world customer data environments

Preferred

  • Experience with specific tools like Fivetran, dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, or Databricks
  • Background in building scalable, production-grade software integrations
  • Experience in the data observability or metadata management space
