Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for the connectors and integrations ecosystem
- Evaluate the technical feasibility and long-term maintenance requirements of new integrations
- Translate complex customer needs and technical constraints into actionable engineering requirements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ship reliable, scalable, and secure connectors
- Set the technical direction for how the platform handles data ingestion and transformation visibility
Essential
- Direct, hands-on experience in data engineering
- Proven track record of designing, building, or maintaining complex data pipelines
- Deep understanding of the modern data stack (ingestion, transformation, warehousing, BI)
- Ability to write precise, technical Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
- Experience with technical architecture and API design
- Ability to replicate and simulate real-world customer data environments
Preferred
- Experience with specific tools like Fivetran, dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, or Databricks
- Background in building scalable, production-grade software integrations
- Experience in the data observability or metadata management space
