Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage the lifecycle of alpha, beta, and general availability programs
- Orchestrate the master launch calendar and cross-functional readiness reviews
- Develop automated systems for feedback intake, issue taxonomy, and release notes
- Coordinate high-profile public demonstrations and partner showcases
- Synthesize user insights to drive prioritization within the product roadmap
Essential
- 5+ years of experience in Product Operations at scaling technology companies
- Proven track record of managing product launch readiness and cross-functional checkpoints
- Experience running alpha, beta, and GA programs with design partners
- Ability to transform qualitative and quantitative data into product recommendations
- Strong technical background in automation and internal tool development
- Experience working closely with Engineering, Research, Safety, and Legal teams
Preferred
- Direct experience utilizing OpenAI’s APIs and developer tools
