Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute alpha/beta programs with rigorous entry and exit criteria
- Synchronize launch readiness across Product, Engineering, Safety, and GTM teams
- Develop automated systems for feedback intake and issue taxonomy
- Coordinate large-scale rollout waves and high-visibility public demonstrations
- Codify best practices to scale the Product Operations function internally
Essential
- Extensive experience in Product Operations within a scaling technology environment
- Proven track record of managing product launch readiness and central release calendars
- Experience running beta programs and internal dogfooding initiatives
- Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative user insights into product requirements
- Strong capability in building internal tools or automations using code, no-code, or AI
- Experience working closely with Engineering, Research, and Legal stakeholders
Preferred
