- Develop and execute a partnership strategy for the Central Region to drive qualified sales leads
- Educate and influence national and regional consultants on the value proposition of Modern Health
- Manage the end-to-end relationship lifecycle with key brokerage firms
- Collaborate with internal Sales and Product teams to refine market approach and product-market fit
- Represent the company at industry events and executive-level meetings
Essential
- Over 10 years of professional experience within the employer healthcare benefits sector
- Extensive background in brokerage, consulting, or vendor-side sales and partnerships
- Proven track record of establishing and maintaining ties with major national and regional consulting firms
- History of successfully generating qualified sales opportunities through partnership channels
- Deep understanding of the evaluation criteria used by consultants for healthcare solutions
- Ability to work effectively across departments including Sales, Product, and Client Success
- Superior presentation and communication skills suitable for executive audiences
- Capacity to work autonomously and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
Preferred
