Essential
- Full-cycle recruitment experience across technical and business domains
- Ability to manage engineering, product, and IT hiring pipelines
- Flexibility to support GTM, Operations, Finance, and People functions
- Experience building tailored sourcing and hiring strategies
- Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong stakeholder management and partnership skills
