Essential

  • Full-cycle recruitment experience across technical and business domains
  • Ability to manage engineering, product, and IT hiring pipelines
  • Flexibility to support GTM, Operations, Finance, and People functions
  • Experience building tailored sourcing and hiring strategies
  • Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Strong stakeholder management and partnership skills

Preferred
