Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain a consistent, empathetic brand voice across all channels
  • Lead the comprehensive redesign and optimization of the corporate website
  • Develop a robust content engine including peer-reviewed research and trend analyses
  • Partner with Commercial and Customer Success teams on sales collateral and GTM strategy
  • Direct the events strategy to ensure high-impact presence at industry conferences
  • Collaborate with the People team on employer branding and recruitment marketing

Essential

  • Minimum of 10 years of professional marketing experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in a senior leadership or management capacity
  • Proven track record in a high-growth HealthTech environment
  • Experience building and scaling marketing functions within Series A or Series B startups
  • Ability to manage both high-level strategy and hands-on execution
  • Strong background in brand identity and website overhaul projects

Preferred

  • Deep understanding of Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) and Payors
  • Knowledge of Medically Integrated Dispensing (MID) models
  • Experience in the San Francisco Bay Area
  • Background in PR and earned media strategy for healthcare
