Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with EPD leadership to define hiring needs and candidate profiles
  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to offer closing
  • Develop and implement creative talent attraction strategies and events

  • Facilitate collaborative hiring decisions with interview panels and finance teams

Essential

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in full-cycle technical recruitment
  • Proven track record of sourcing, screening, and closing candidates in competitive markets
  • Demonstrated ability to assess technical aptitude and cultural alignment
  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative sourcing methodologies
  • Advanced proficiency with Greenhouse (ATS) and Gem (Sourcing/CRM)

Preferred

  • Experience recruiting for niche technical roles in the data or analytics space
  • Background in developing creative outbound marketing and networking strategies
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
