Key Responsibilities
- Partner with EPD leadership to define hiring needs and candidate profiles
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to offer closing
- Develop and implement creative talent attraction strategies and events
- Analyze recruiting metrics to optimize the hiring funnel and candidate experience
- Facilitate collaborative hiring decisions with interview panels and finance teams
Essential
- Minimum of 4 years experience in full-cycle technical recruitment
- Proven track record of sourcing, screening, and closing candidates in competitive markets
- Demonstrated ability to assess technical aptitude and cultural alignment
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative sourcing methodologies
- Advanced proficiency with Greenhouse (ATS) and Gem (Sourcing/CRM)
Preferred
- Experience recruiting for niche technical roles in the data or analytics space
- Background in developing creative outbound marketing and networking strategies
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
