Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the daily operational workflows of the legal department
- Serve as the central liaison between Legal, Finance, PeopleOps, and Sales
- Select, implement, and manage legal technology tools like Ironclad and Omnea
- Develop data-driven dashboards to track cycle times and team productivity
- Lead cross-functional projects including policy rollouts and system migrations
Essential
- Proven experience in legal operations or a highly similar project management capacity
- Expertise in designing and maintaining internal playbooks and standard operating procedures
- Ability to manage departmental budgets and conduct financial forecasting
- Experience with vendor evaluation and onboarding processes
- Strong capability in designing intake and triage workflows for complex requests
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment across North American or UK time zones
Preferred
- Direct experience with Ironclad for contract lifecycle management
- Familiarity with Omnea for vendor management
- Background in a high-growth technology or AI-focused startup environment
