Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead the weekly operating cadence, including metrics reviews and forecasting
- Translate executive growth targets into actionable team quotas and hiring plans
- Architect and administer compensation plans to drive desired sales behaviors
- Optimize territory structures and coverage across multiple revenue streams
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the revenue funnel to improve GTM efficiency
- Oversee the RevOps tech stack and data architecture for the entire organization
- Mentor and develop a growing team of RevOps professionals
Essential
- 5 to 12 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or Sales Operations
- Proven track record in high-growth startup or scale-up environments
- Experience supporting both outbound B2B sales and post-sales/account management teams
- Deep expertise in revenue modeling, forecasting, and incentive compensation design
- Previous experience managing a team of 5 or more direct reports
- Strong background in systems architecture and data integrity
- Must be based in San Francisco or willing to relocate for a full-time on-site presence
Preferred
- Direct experience in a two-sided marketplace (e.g., Uber, Airbnb, DoorDash, Instacart)
- Experience managing dual-funnel complexity (supply and demand acquisition)
